| Abstract: | The inter-yards crossover switches usually appear at a hub station. The specific signal inter- locking design of such a switch should guarantee the safety of inter-yard operations and ensure the efficiency of operations at the same time. The authors introduce two different design schemes for controlling the inter-yards crossover switch, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes in detailed, and explain the specific application of the recommended scheme in project. |
