高速铁路行车调度指挥一体化仿真实验平台设计与研究

摘    要:研究高速铁路行车调度指挥仿真验证与人员培训实验平台设计。依据管控一体化思想,在分析高速铁路行车特点的基础上,设计高速铁路行车调度指挥一体化仿真实验平台的结构和功能。该平台可实现列车运行计划编制—列车运行计划调整—半实物沙盘列车实时运行仿真全过程的科研验证和实践教学模拟操作的相关功能,并将铁路行车仿真技术领域直接延伸到列控层,能够满足半实物仿真环境下,高速铁路行车调度新理论的实践验证和调度员及学生业务培训需求。

Abstract:The paper studied design of the simulation and experiment platform which aimed at simulation verification and personnel training for high-speed railway traffic control.On the basis of the theory of integrated management and control and the analysis on traffic operating characteristics of high-speed railways,the structure and functions of the simulation and experiment platform were designed.The platform verifies the whole process of simulating train diagram formulation,train diagram adjustment and sand table train real-time operation,and realizes functions of teaching simulation.The platform integrates train control into the dispatching simulation system,greatly improves the experiment effect and meets the need of new train organization method verification and dispatching skill training.
