Microprocessor Measuring System for Crankshaft Dynamic Balancer

A crankshaft dynamic balancer with microprocessor measuring system has been developed by the test machine factory themselves after analysis of the problems existed during opevation of electrical measuring system on conventional old fasioned crankshaft balancer. The article presents the construction, working principle and functional features. Comparative tests of both measuring systems mentioned above show that the microprocessor measuring system is more adaptable and expandable,may be matched with soft or hard support balancers of various specifications and models,and efficiency can be remarkably raised.
