摘    要:本文对用于渤海蓬莱19-3油田的34万吨级FPSO的中横剖面进行了基于鲁棒性的优化设计.首先在传统优化设计的基础上,对主甲板处的最小剖面模数进行敏感性分析,发现主甲板的最小剖面模数对主甲板处的厚度最敏感.随后运用自适应步长随机搜索法,以主甲板处的剖面模数对主甲板厚度的偏导数最小为目标函数,根据DNV规范给出的约束条件,对FPSO的中横剖面进行鲁棒设计,以提高结构性能.

Abstract:Robust design was implemented to the transverse section of the 340 000 DWT FPSO's (Floating Production, Storage and Offloading Unit) midship, which would be used to the 19-3 oil-field in Penglai.Firstly,on the basis of traditional optimum design,sensitivity analysis was applied to the minimum section modulus at the main deck.The thickness of the main deck was found to be the most influencing to the minimum section modulus at the main deck.Then,the robusticity of the transverse section was well improved by means of the adaptive step random research method,aimed to minimize the partial derivative of the minimum section modulus at the main deck to the thickness of the main deck,according to the restrictive terms given by FPSO design rules.
