| 摘 要： | 工程监理制度已经成为建设管理体制中的一项基本制度，应坚持和完善这一制度，继续深化对工程监理制度重要性的认识，提高工程监理的社会地位和工作地位，摆脱监理行业存在的困境，使建设监理工作健康发展，进一步走上科学化、规范化、制度化的轨道。

| Abstract: | Engineering supervision system has become a basic system in construction management system. We should persist in and perfect this system, deepen the cognition to the essentiality of engineering supervision system, elevate the social class and working status of engineering supervisor, get rid of the predicament of supervision industry, consequently, make supervision work develop healthily and walk up to a scientific, canonical and institutional orbit. |
