胃癌P_(53)蛋白和雌孕激素受体的表达及意义

应用LSAB免疫组化法和酶联亲和组化法对41例胃癌P53蛋白和雌激素受体（ER）、孕激素受体（PR）的表达进行研究。结果显示：胃癌中P53蛋白、ER、PR的阳性率分别为41．46％、21．95％、14．63％。P53蛋白表达与肿瘤组织学分级、浸润汉度、临床分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关，与ER、PR表达呈负相关。在ER、PR阴性者中P53蛋白阳性中高于ER、PR阳性者。P53蛋白表达与组织学类型无关。提示检测P53蛋白、ER、PR的表达，可作为判断胃癌细胞增殖程度、转移潜能及预后和内分泌治疗有效率的重要参考指标。

EXPRESSIONS OF P_(53) PROTEIN,ESTROGEN AND PROGESTOGENRECEPTORS IN GASTRIC CARCINOMA AND THEIR SIGNIFICANCE

By using LSAB immunohistochemicaland eneyme linked affinity histochemial methods,theexpressions of P53 protein, estrogen receptors (ER)and progestrogen receptors (PR) in 41 cases of gastric carcinoma were studied. The results showed thatthe positive expressions for P53 protein,ER and PRwere 41. 46%,21. 95% and 14. 63% respectively. Asignificant positive correlation was found betweenP53 Protein expression and histologic grade,the depthof invasion, clinical stage, lymph node metastasisand a negative correlation between P53 protein andER, PR expression was found. The positive rate ofP53 Protein in ER and PR negative tumors was higherthan in those with ER and PR positive. The expression of P53 protein was not correlated with the histDelogic type of gastric carcinoma. It is suggested thatdetection of P53 protein,ER and PR may have significant value in the evaluation of proliferative activity,metastatic potential,the prognosis and effect of endocrine theraDv in gastric carcinoma.
