轿车白车身弯扭刚度试验和仿真对比

摘    要:静刚度在评价汽车安全性与舒适性方面具有举足轻重的作用,白车身刚度试验和仿真是获取刚度参数值的有效手段。文章论述了轿车白车身静态弯曲和扭转刚度试验,并综合考虑对白车身刚度影响的区域,对比分析了不同加载工况下的试验和仿真计算结果,表明弯曲和扭转刚度及门窗调扣变形试验和仿真数据能定量分析车身重要部位的强度,为提出加强或减弱结构的有效措施提供了依据。

Abstract:Static stiffness plays an important role in evaluating safety and comfort performance of cars,stiffness test and simulation of car BIW are both effective methods for obtaining the parameters of stiffness.In this paper,experimental methods of static bending and torsion stiffness for car BIW are discussed,including measurement methods,constrain way,loadcase and application.In the end,simulation and test results under different loadcases are compared and analyzed.The result indicates that bending,torsion stiff...
