乙醇汽油灵活燃料汽油机仿真计算

摘    要:能源和环境问题推动了新能源汽车的开发和使用,乙醇作为替代燃料之一逐渐引起了人们的重视。通过一款4气门灵活燃料乙醇汽油发动机在3种比例E10,E50,E90下的热力学计算,对发动机燃烧乙醇汽油的工作过程进行了工作特性计算研究。着重对最大扭矩工况下发动机燃烧乙醇汽油混合燃料时压缩比、对点火提前角、进气门迟闭角及空燃比耦合作用下的发动机工作过程进行优化计算。对3种燃料进行对比分析,对整机性能做出预测。为优化汽油机结构和进一步的三维计算分析提供了依据。

Abstract:Energy-saving and environmental protection have enhanced the development of new energy vehicle. Thermodynamics analysis was carried out in an ethanol and gasoline blends fueled four-valve spark ignition engine with E10,E50 and E90. A model has been developed in an engine cycle simulation tool AVL-boost,for the simulation of the engines using ethanol and gasoline blends as fuels. With the model the working characteristics were calculated and a variable parameters study was carried out on the engine which was fueled with ethanol gasoline blends. Under the working condition of max torque,the influences of compress ratio,the ignition advance angle,the intake valve closing angle and the air fuel ratio were simulated and analyzed for three kinds of fuel material. At the same time a final engine performance was analyzed. It provides reference for structural optimization of gasoline engine and further three-dimensional numerical calculation.
