摘    要:为解决管道在长期使用过程中焊缝接头部位出现的缺陷的检测问题,提出了一种新型管道在线无损检测装置,系统地阐述了机构设计思路及工作原理,分析和探讨了装置关键部位的设计策略。整套装置不仅具有结构紧凑、操作简单等特点,而且具有较大的工程应用价值。

Abstract:To solve the defects of welded joint occurring during the long operating period of dissimilar steel pipeline, a new on-line non-destructive inspection device was proposed in this paper. The idea and principles of designing the robot were systematically expounded and the strategy for designing key component was explored. This device was characterized by compact mechanism, easy manipulation, etc. Experimental results demonstrate that it has great applied-value.
