无砂法真空预压关键技术简析

本文对无砂法软基处理关键技术问题进行研究,结合临港经济区某工程整个实施过程,总结了无砂法真空预压处理工艺从设计、施工过程中的重点、难点,与常规真空预压相比,在改进水平排水通道的前提下,通过对过程中监测及最终检测等数据分析,总结了无砂法地基处理方法的相关经验,为类似软基处理提供借鉴、参考。

Analysis of Key Technology of Vacuum Preloading without Sand Cushion

By studying the key technical issues involving the vacuum preloading of soft foundation without sand cushion,and referring to the whole construction process of a project in Lin’gang Economic Zone,the key points and difficulties of the above technology are summarized from the aspects of design and construction in comparison with the conventional vacuum preloading method.Under the premise of the improvement of horizontal drainage channel,the experience in vacuum preloading without sand cushion is summarized by analyzing the monitoring data and final detection data,which will provide a reference for similar projects.
