连云港港徐圩港区30万t级原油码头港内水域泥沙回淤及减淤措施研究

摘    要:针对连云港港徐圩港区30万t级原油码头港内回旋水域及停泊水域的泥沙回淤问题,利用潮流泥沙数学模拟手段,根据预测的常年港内水域的回淤强度,进行了港内水域回淤环境的综合分析。根据回淤研究成果,并考虑工程实际情况,提出了具有可实施性、有针对性的减淤措施—积淤槽,并采用潮流泥沙数模对减淤效果进行了研究分析。通过技术和经济综合评价,研究了积淤槽减淤的经济效益和社会效益,为港内水域减淤措施的进一步研究提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Based on the siltation of vessel turning and berthing waters of 300,000 tons Crude Oil terminal at Xuwei harbor of Lianyungang port,the silting environment of harbor basin is fully analyzed by using the mathematical model of tidal current and sediment as well as the predicted perennial siltation intensity.The research results are combined with the project situation to put forward an applicable and targeted measure,i.e.silt tank.The silt reduction effect of silt tank is studied and analyzed by means of the mathematical model of tidal current and sediment.The economic and social benefits of the silt tank are analyzed through comprehensive evaluation from the aspects of technique and economy.The above results will provide a theoretical basis for further research on the measures to reduce the siltation of harbor basin.
