| Abstract: | As the leading part of EPC projects, the engineering design quality affects the success of a project, and the design management has become the uppermost priority of EPC project management. Based on the design management of a South America cruise terminal implemented in EPC mode, the countermeasures and difficulties of design management of international EPC projects are explored, which can serve as a reference for similar projects. |
