摘    要:在对东风雪铁龙汽车经销商管理研究的基础上,运用层次分析法分析和改进经销商评价工作,设计了基于企业经营战略的经销商评价体系,并进行了测算,充分考虑了经销商的潜在价值。

Abstract:On the basis of the analysis and research of the dealers management of the Dongfeng Citroen,the evaluation system of dealers was analyzed and improved by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the evaluation system based on the enterprise management strategy was designed and the potential value of dealers was calculated.
