| 摘 要： | 本文以武汉辛亥革命博物馆配套工程——首义广场观光塔钢结构工程为例,并借鉴国家体育场——＂鸟巢＂钢结构部分中三角柱菱形内柱成熟的制作工艺,探讨双菱形组合钢柱的工艺制作方案。通过对工艺制作方案的探究与编制,确保大型构件的成功制作,保证制作质量达到设计要求,总结出菱形柱的制作工艺要点,可作为同类工程构件工艺制作的参考方案。

| Abstract: | With Shouyi Square Observation Tower-the supporting project of Wuhan Xinhai Revolution Museum as a study case,this essay discusses the production process of dual rhombus combined columns,referencing the mature production process for rhombus inner column used in Bird Nest.Through the research and preparation of the production process,the successful production of huge steel members and quality in compliance with design requirement were guaranteed.Meanwhile,the key procedural points were concluded which could be the reference for other similar projects. |
