| 摘 要： | 研究了铲齿多元低合金耐磨铸钢的化学成分、组织性能和热处理工艺,确定了铲齿用多元低合金耐磨铸钢的化学成分范围.经过试验证明这种钢经局部淬火后,铲尖工作部位可获得马氏体/下贝氏体复相组织,具有较高的硬度、足够的冲击韧度和优良的耐磨性.

| Abstract: | The chemical composition, microstructure and mechanical properties of the low-alloy wear-resistant cast steel as well as its heat treatment process are studied. The suitable composition of low alloy steel for the dipper teeth component is selected. The microstrueture of this kind of steel treated by part quenaing in the tip of dipper teeth is the complex of the martinsite and binate, which possesses high hardness, enough toughness and high wear resistance. |
