| Abstract: | Combined with the work force situation in automobile repair industry,the article analyzes the factors that cause unstable thought and team of the employee.It proposes countermeasures from the perspectives of management,which is significant for reducing operation cost,decreasing management difficulty,stablizing business and employee,and ensuring work quality. |
