| 摘 要： | 文章基于高速公路呼叫中心系统建设的目的和必要性，介绍了现有高速公路应急处置系统的现状及存在的问题，提出建设高速公路呼叫中心系统，并对系统的建设思路、管理体制、逻辑结构及相应功能进行了阐述。
