| 摘 要： | 文章针对近期农村公路建设存在的问题，分析存在问题的原因，提出了下放建设审批权、拓宽融资思路、强化建设质量责任、加强管理能力、确立农民作为享受农村公路建设主体等方面的解决办法，为解决农村公路建设存在的问题提供参考。
