| 摘 要： | 利用冠状动脉铸型和注射的方法,对60例人心脏心室的分段进行了研究。根据左、右冠状动脉及其分支的供应范围以及自然缺血管缝即段间平面,能够把心脏分为左、右室半心,每室半心再各分为三段。右室半心包括右室前段、右缘段和后室间段;左室半心由前室间段、左缘段和左室后段组成。六个段间平面是前、后冠间平面,右前和右后、左前和左后段间平面。

| Abstract: | The ventricular segments in 60 human hearts were studied by coronary artery cast and injection,According to the areas of the heart supplied by left and right coronary arteries and their branches as well as na- tural paucivascular limits,the heart can be divided into the left and the right ven- tricular hemi-heart.Each of the two ventrieular hemi-hearts are subdivided into three segments.The right ventricular hemi- heart is made up of the anterior segment of the right ventricle,right marginal and posterior interventricular segments.The left ventricular hemi-heart consists of the anterior interventrieular segment,the left marginal segment and the posterior seg- ment of the left ventricle.Six interseg- mental planes are anterior and posterior intercoronal planes,right anterior and posterior intersegmental plantes,and left anterior and posterior intersegmental palnes. |
