刘家拱桥面板堆石坝垫层料工程特性试验研究

摘    要:针对刘家拱桥面板堆石坝工程,参考比较国内已建面板堆石坝工程案例,研究了宽级配垫层料的级配范围及其防渗、抗渗稳定性,剪切强度,压实性和压实标准。提出了合理的垫层料级配范围和压实控制干密度,论证了建议级配范围内的垫层料具有较高的抗渗稳定性和良好的力学性能,强调了反滤层对垫层料的重要作用。

Experimental Study on Engineering Characteristics of Cushion Material of Concrete Face Rock-fill Dam of Liujia Arch Bridge

Abstract:For concrete face rock-fill dam project of Liujia Arch Bridge,through comparison with the domestic built concrete face rock-fill dams,the grading limit of wide-graded cushion material,and its anti-seepage stability,shear strength,compactness and compaction standard are studied.Reasonable grading limit and compaction dry density of cushion material are put forward.It is demonstrated that the cushion material with recommended grading limit has higher anti-seepage stability and better mechanical property.And the importance of inverted layer is emphasized on cushion material.
