摘    要:
传统拓扑优化技术主要集中在单个零部件的减重孔位置以及大小进行优化设计,而忽略整体车身结构的空间优化。本研究针对某微车,在概念设计阶段,通过采用整体拓扑优化技术,着眼整体空间结构,以车身弯曲刚度和扭转刚度作为优化目标,对整体车身结构进行优化设计,得到最优的车身承载骨架,实现整体车身结构的空间布局优化,从而为车身详细设计阶段的轻量化设计提供指导。

Abstract:
A traditional topology optimization technique mainly focuses on optimization of the location and size of light- weight holes in each individual component, which neglects the optimization of whole body structure and space. In this study, in the conceptual stage of a micro-car development, the overall topology optimization techniques are applied to op timize the whole vehicle body structure considering the overall spatial structure of the body,where vehicle body bending stiffness and torsion stiffness are chosen as the optimization objectives. Then, an optimized spatial skeleton of vehicle body can gain from this process ,which afford guidance to the detailed design stage of the body lightweight design.
