| 摘 要： | 随着铁路信息化的发展，GSM-R数字移动通信系统即将在我国大规模应用。在铁路的高速运行环境下，保证有效可靠的切换是GSM-R网络的重要问题。根据青藏铁路的实际工程情况，总结了GSM-R网络切换过程的特点，同时对切换的2个重要问题，参数设置和切换异常，进行了分析，并根据信令流程得出异常定位的结论。

| Abstract: | With the development of railroad information systems, GSM-R digital mobile communication system will soon launch a large-scale application in China. Under high speed operation environment of railway, to guarantee valid and reliable handover is important to GSM-R network. According to engineering practice in Qinghai-Tibet Railway, the characteristics of handover process in GSM-R network are summarized and two key issues, parameter setting and handover failure are analyzed. And it is conclude that a failure could be pinpointed according sigalling procedure. |
