摘    要:从分析舰船用铝合金的物理化学性能、加工性能及焊接性能入手,阐述铝合金用于船舶建造的诸多优越性.提出在铝合金舰舶的结构设计中应推广应用带筋板结构,当上层建筑采用铝合金结构,主船体为钢质时,应采用结构过渡接头直接焊接的方法.

Some Problems about the Aluminium Alloy Ships

Abstract:The advantages of aluminum alloy for shipbuilding were elaborated from the views of physical and chemical properties,processing and welding characteristics.The paper illustrated that the sheet with ribs should be applied in the structural design of the aluminum alloy ships,and the structural transition joint should be used to connect the aluminum alloy superstructure with the steel hull.
