| Abstract: | Voyage Decision and Support System is specially designed to make voyage decision easily and accurately, which is based on abundant basic databases and powerful modes. Decision factors, decision modes, decision flow chart, and basic database have been deeply analyzed in this paper, and a complete decision sample has also been put forwarded at the last. |
