一种新型单相三电平PWM整流器的研究

摘    要:提出了一种新型单相三电平PWM整流器电路拓扑,详细分析了该电路的工作状态,推导了其数学模型,引入滞环电流控制来实现该电路单位功率因数和低谐波等特性.仿真结果表明:该三电平PWM整流器能有效地抑制注入电网的谐波,实现交流输入端单位功率因数和能量的双向流动,并且系统具有很好的动态特性.

Abstract:The topology of the electric circuit of a novel single-phase three-level PWM rectifier is proposed.The working state is analyzed in details,and the mathematic model of the rectifier is derived.The hysteresis current control is introduced to achieve unity power factor and low harmonic distortion.The simulation results show that the three-level PWM rectifier features efficient suppression of harmonics fed to the catenary,as well as unity power factor in AC input terminal and bi-directional flowing of energy.Besides,the system has an excellent dynamic performance.
