沥青搅拌设备节能减排能效等级划分探讨

摘    要:沥青混合料搅拌设备是沥青路面机械化施工的关键设备,其性能直接决定着沥青混合料的生产质量和效率。开展沥青混合料搅拌设备节能减排及其能效等级划分的研究,对提高搅拌设备用能效率和降低污染物排放,具有重要意义。鉴于此,针对我国广泛使用的间歇强制式沥青混合料搅拌设备,探讨研究该设备的能效等级,对存在的问题进行了分析并提出了相关建议。

Abstract:Asphalt mixing equipment is the key equipment of asphalt pavement mechanization construc?tion, which directly determines the performance of production quality and efficiency of asphalt mixture. The research on energy conservation and emission reduction of asphalt mixing equipment and its energy efficiency classification, has important significance on improving energy efficiency and reducing emis?sions. Given this, the article analyzes the energy efficiency classification of intermittent mandatory type as?phalt mixing equipment which is widely used in China, discusses the problems and gives relevant recom?mendations.
