| 摘 要： | 并购是企业扩张的基本战略方针之一。本文首先从外部环境及内部动因两方面对集装箱码头营运商的并购成因进行了分析,然后从多个方面对并购后的影响进行了分析,最后对我国的集装箱码头市场的并购活动进行了展望,并提出了相应的政策建议。
