| 摘 要： | 工程量清单在我国是指在建设工程施工招投标时,招标人依据工程施工图纸、按照招标文件要求,以统一的工程量计算规则,统一的项目划分,在招标文件中将实施招标的工程建设项目实物工程量和技术性措施以统一的计量单位列出的清单,由投标人根据招标人提供的工程量自主报价的一种计价行为。
