| Abstract: | Based on analysis of the status quo and the existing problems of ship endorsement, the paper suggests that maritime administration be enhanced through ensuring ship navigation safeW with in-process and afterwards control and obtaining and analyzing ship movement with the database afer the abolishment of ship endorsement. |
