我国交通安全宣教群体划分与受教特征研究

摘    要:目前,道路交通安全宣传教育面临的最大问题就是教育的针对性,尤其是教育对象及其所受教育的特征的确定。该文首先对交通安全宣教群体进行初步划分,然后通过对浙江、山东、广东地区交通事故和违法资料的统计分析,结合相关部门专家的调研与座谈,初步确定了交通安全宣教人群的重点,并采用模糊综合评价法和层次分析法确定十类重点教育人群,最后从受教群体自身的特征和受教群体所接触的环境两个方面进行分析,对十类重点群体的受教特征进行分析与总结,为交通安全宣教内容和方法的研究提供参考与依据。

Abstract:At present, the most serious problem faced in the publicity and education of road traffic safety is the educational pertinency, particularly to determine the education object and education characteristics. The article preliminarily divides the population in the publicity and education of traffic safety, then according to the statistical analysis of traffic accidents and violations in Zhejiang, Shangdong and Guangdong, and combined with the investigations and discussions of the experts from the relative departments, preliminarily determines the focus of the population in the publicity and education of traffic safety, and determines ten kinds of focal education population by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process, and finally analyzes and sums up the education characteristics of ten kinds of focal population from two aspects of the own characteristics of the education population and the circumstances contracted by the education population, which can be referred for the study of contents and methods in the publicity and education of traffic safety.
