国家水运物联网建设情况及发展构想

在研究我国国民经济发展对建设国家水运物联网的主要需求基础上，分析了目前国家水运物联网建设已经具备的基础条件，提出了国家水运物联网的总体发展构想，分别从概念设计、建设思路、主要建设和研究内容，以及我国开展国家水运物联网建设的前景等方面展开论述，对我国国家水运物联网的整体发展提出了总体思路和构想。

Construction status and development ideas on EPC system network

Based on the research on main needs of building national water transport EPC system network to the economic development, this paper analyses basic conditions existed currently for the construction of the water transport EPC system network in China, proposes ideas on the overall development of it , and puts forward the general idea on the integrated development of it from such areas as conceptual design, train of thought for the construction, main construction and research contents, as well as the prospect of developing the water transport EPC system network in Chian.
