摘    要:通过阐述国内监理行业的发展历程和监理行业目前发展的困境,提出解决制约监理行业发展的主要问题的途径是使监理行业回归咨询服务的本位,以及监理行业如何才能回归咨询服务的本位,并根据中交水规院京华工程监理有限公司多年的创新与实践,指出如何提升监理服务的价值和品质,以及监理行业未来的发展方向。

Abstract:Through introducing the development process and current dilemma of engineering supervision industry, this paper proposes that the main problem limiting the development of supervision industry can be solved by making supervision industry return its original post and explains how to return its original post. According to the innovation and practice of Jinghua Engineering Supervision Co., over past years, this paper also proposes ways of improving the value and quality of supervision service and the development of future supervision industry.
