江苏省通用航空发展分析

伴随着私人飞机、公务飞机和医疗救援飞机的不断兴起,社会多元化资本对通用航空的投入不断提高,低空空域改革不断深入,以南京飞行管制区划设为全国五大推广改革试点区域之一为契机,江苏省迎来了发展通用航空业的极佳前景。文章在参考发达国家通用航空发展经验的基础上,根据江苏省通用航空发展现状,分析了通用航空发展的需求特征,针对江苏省未来通用航空发展趋势,提出了江苏省通用航空发展政策建议,为相关机构提供决策参考。

Analysis of Development of General Aviation in Jiangsu Province

Along with private aircraft,civil aircraft and medical rescue aircraft continue to develop,social diversification capital investment for general aviation has improved constantly.With the development of low air division reform,Nanjing flight control region has been one of the five experimental reform areas in China.With this opportunity,Jiangsu will have great picture of general aviation.Based on experience of developed countries,considering status and trend of jiangsu general aviation,this paper analyzes demand characteristics of general aviation and proposes several advises about the development of jiangsu general aviation for related organizations.
