摘    要:现状苏嘉杭高速吴淞江大桥是一座主跨50m的变截面连续梁桥,由于该区段吴淞江航道从五级航道升级为三级航道,老桥不满足要求,经方案研究后拟拆除新建。新建桥梁主桥为132m下承式钢桁架桥,文章主要介绍了吴淞江大桥主桥钢桁架的结构特点和施工方案,阐述了主桥的主桁架片数、形式、尺寸选取、桥面系构造等设计细节。由于该高速交通量超饱和,施工期间需要保通,介绍了该桥施工期间通过老桥和临时保通桥梁保证正常通行的保通方案。该桥的设计和施工工艺可供今后同类桥梁的项目参考。

Overall Design and Construction Essentials of Wusong River Bridge in Sujiahang Expressway
Abstract:Wusong River Bridge in Suzhou-Jiaxing-Hangzhou Expressway is a variable cross-section continuous beam bridge with a main span of 50 m. Due to the upgrading of the Wusong River channel from the fifth-level channel to the third-level channel, the old bridge does not meet the requirements. After the study of the scheme, it is proposed to demolish the old bridge and build a new bridge. The structural characteristics and construction scheme of a new 132 m-span through steel truss bridge of Wusong River Bridge are introduced including the design details of the number, form, size selection and bridge deck structure of the main truss of the main bridge. In addition, due to the super-saturated traffic volume of Sujiahang Expressway, it is necessary to ensure the traffic during the construction period. The traffic guarantee scheme to build a temporary channel to ensure the normal traffic during the construction of the new Wusong River Bridge is also introduced.
