闽北山水城市水系连通规划研究

摘    要:南平市作为闽北山水城市的典范,其独特的山水环境基底与深厚的历史人文底蕴塑造出宝贵的山水城市历史景观。本文以南平市武夷新区(建阳中心城区)为例,针对区域内现状水系缺乏、沟通性较差、山洪频发、排涝体系不完善等问题,通过河湖库塘水系新建改建、水系连通、水环境综合整治等方式水系进行重新规划,以实现完善城市水系布局、实现水系互联互通、保障城市洪涝安全的目标,为后续同类型城市水系连通规划提供了参考思路。

Abstract:As a model of landscape city in the northern Fujian, the unique landscape environment and profound historical and cultural heritage of Nanping City have shaped a precious landscape of mountains and rivers. Taking Wuyi New District (the central area of Jianyang) in Nanping as an example, aiming at the problems such as the lack of water system, poor communication, frequent floods and imperfect waterlogging drainage system within the area, the water system is replanned through the methods of the new construction and reconstruction of water system of river, lake, reservoir and pond, the connectivity of water system and the comprehensive improvement of water environment in order to realize the goal of improving the layout of urban water system, realizing the interconnection of water system and ensuring the safety of urban flood and waterlogging, which provides a reference for planning the water system connectivity of the similar cities.
