压力管顶管穿堤关键技术及安全影响分析

摘    要:江苏某地区达标尾水排海工程采用压力流排放,排海管井陆域工作井穿越现状海堤和滩涂地进入深海区,由于大管径管道施工过程中将对海堤安全及近岸滩涂地的水生态造成较大影响,结合现状海堤结构型式以及周边海域水文条件,经综合比选,推荐采用顶管穿堤方式施工,通过理论计算与有限元计算方法对顶管穿越海堤施工过程进行了安全影响分析与计算,并提出了有针对性的预防和减轻海堤沉降的的关键技术,工程实施效果显著,可为类似工程建设提供参考。

Abstract:The standard tail water discharge project in an area of Jiangsu Province adopts the pressure flow discharge. The land working well of the discharge pipe well passes through the current seawall and the beach land into the deep sea area. Due to the great impact on the safety of the seawall and the water ecology of the coastal beach land during the construction of the large-diameter pipeline, based on the current seawall structure type and the hydrologic conditions of the surrounding sea area, through comprehensive comparison and selection, the pipe jacking crossing the seawall is recommended for the construction. The safety influence analysis and calculation are carried out in the construction process of pipe jacking through seawall by the theoretical calculation and finite element calculation method, and the targeted key technologies to prevent and reduce seawall settlement are proposed. The implementation effect of the project is remarkable and can provide the reference for similar projects.
