摘    要:针对桥梁工程首次使用全断面深层地基加固作为锚碇地连墙基础持力层和隔水层,为了保证超高压旋喷桩深层地基加固的质量达到设计图纸要求,依托锚碇施工现场工艺试验研究,选择3-4种先进超高压旋喷工艺,通过试验比选出适合深厚软土覆盖层和高承压水地质特点下桥梁基础全断面加固工艺优选与参数,将试验确定的优选工艺与对应优化施工参数用于指导后续大面积施工,保证整体加固质量。

Abstract:For the first time in bridge engineering, the full section deep foundation reinforcement is used as the supporting layer and water barrier layer of the foundation of anchorage ground connecting wall. In order to ensure that the quality of the deep foundation reinforcement with ultra-high pressure rotary jet grouting piles meets the requirements of the design drawings, and relying on the on-site process test research of anchor construction, 3~4 kinds of advanced ultra-high pressure rotary jet grouting processes are selected, Through the experimental comparison, the optimal process and parameters for the full section reinforcement of bridge foundations suitable for deep soft soil cover layer and high confined water geological characteristics are selected. The optimal process and corresponding optimized construction parameters determined by the experiments are used to guide the subsequent large-scale construction and ensure the overall reinforcement quality.
