| 摘 要： | 为了确保某商用车系统的研发项目的进度和质量，采用FMEA方法．对该系统的研发进行全面的失效分析和讨论，找出项目潜在失效的所有因素，并逐一找到解决和降低风险的措施，介绍了FMEA的原理、主要过程和方法，对开发项目和管理项目有借鉴意义。
