摘    要:目的 改进并应用双电极埋植技术记录大鼠的胃肠肌电活动。方法 选用外径仅 0 .5mm的聚四氟乙烯薄膜包绕的 7股银丝绝缘导线制作记录电极 ,采用套针埋植电极。结果 共埋植双电极 160对 (每只大鼠 1~ 5对 ) ,约 1周时 ,15 4对 ( 96.3 % )电极可持续有效地记录胃肠肌电活动 ,5周后仍有 12 3对电极 ( 76.9% )可正常工作。结论 改进的肌电记录法具有以下优点 :①方法简便可行 ,成功率高 ;②对研究对象损伤轻微 ,在小动物及人体上均适用 ;③可同时埋植多对电极 ,记录多处肌电活动 ;④电极工作稳定持久 ,可行慢性试验 ,动态观察接近生理状态下的胃肠肌电活动

Abstract:Objective To improve the technique of bipolar electrode implantation for myoeletrical recordings in rats. Methods We chosed teflon-coated seven-strand silver thread wire with outer diameter of only 0.5?mm to make recording electrode, and used injection needles as a trocar to implant the electrode in the bowel wall. Results We implanted a total of 160 pairs of bipolar electrodes into the bowels of rats. About a week later, 154 pairs of electrodes (96.3%) continuously functioned allowing repeated gastrointestinal myoeletrical recordings. 123 electrodes(76.9%)worked well over 5 weeks. Conclusion Our technique was a great improvement over the old one and its advantages include: ①There is little technical difficulty and high success rate in implantation; ②There is little damage on the subjects and can be used in many small animals and humans; ③Many pairs of electrodes implantation and many places myoelectrical recordings can be made at the same time; ④It has long term durability, observation of gastrointestinal myoeletrical activity near physiological state continuously.
