后张法预应力混凝土孔道真空灌浆工艺及其应用

真空灌浆是后张预应力混凝土结构中的一项新技术,采用该工艺能有利于减小被灌水泥浆的泌水率和收缩率,增强孔道灌浆的密实度,从而达到提高预应力混凝土结构的安全度和耐久性的目的。本文主要介绍真空灌浆的原理、设备、浆体配比、工艺流程和及其在南友公路中的应用。

The Duct Vacuum Grouting of Prestressed Concrete by Post-tensioning Method and Its Application

Vacuum grouting technique is a new technology in the construction of post-tensioned concrete.This technique helps to reduce the bleeding and shrinking rate of cement grout,and increase of the compactness of the duct grouting,the safety and durability of prestressed concrete structure are improved.This paper presents the principle,the equipment,the ratio of cement,the techniques processe,the advantage and application in the NANYOU highway project.
