Abstract:The article points the the current problems associated with the service of Guangxi highway toll collecting system and explains the importance and value of establishing a cor-porate culture.It also discusses the development,characteristics and adavantages of the corporate culture of serve-smiling,and gives suggestions of branding such a corporate cul-ture.
