| 摘 要： | 随着铁路运输的不断发展，行车设备使用与检修的矛盾日益突出。列车运行密度大、速度快，设备使用率高，给工电设备检修带来了一定的难度，特别是一些影响设备使用的工电作业，如道岔转辙部位病害的整治临时要点很难，以至于设备病害不能及时得到整治，导致设备故障频繁发生，影响了铁路运输效率的提高。
