拱北隧道曲线管幕工程关键施工技术分析

摘    要:拱北隧道管幕工程所处地层地质条件复杂,周边环境敏感,管幕由缓和曲线与圆曲线组成,要求精准顶进,形成管幕,施工难度大。经过分析,采用泥水平衡顶管施工、顶管轨迹控制及纠偏等关键技术用于拱北隧道曲线管幕工程的顶管施工,取得了良好的效果。

Analysis on Key Construction Technology for Curve Pipe Roofing Project of Gongei Tunnel
Abstract:Curve Pipe Roofing Project of Gongbei Tunnel is the control project. The geological condition of pipe roofing is complicated and the surrounding environment is sensitive. The pipe roofing is composed of transition curve and circular curve, which requires accurate roofing to form pipe roofing with great construction difficulties. Through analysis, key technologies like mud-water balance pipe-jacking, pipe-jacking trajectory control and deviation rectification, etc. are adopted for the pipe-roofing construction of curve pipe-roofing project of Gongbei Tunnel, which obtains good effect.
