| 摘 要： | 以区段站阶段内准点满轴发车为目标，建立混合０－１规划模型，并根据大系统理论将系统分解为４个有序的子系统，同时给出分解算法，为阶段计划的计算机自动编制提供了一个优化决策基础。

| Abstract: | Based on the target of sending out vehicle on time and full axis within the stage in section station, this paper established a 0 1 programming.And based on the theory of big system, the whole system is decomposed into four subsystems, and an optimal decomposing heuristic algorithm is proposed. An optimal decision base for automatically making the stage plan of the section station with computer is supplied. |
