浅析成都主城区快速公交系统规划策略

随着大城市交通拥挤现象加剧及城市规模的日益扩大，居民对公共交通的需求与日俱增，公共交通发展潜力巨大。快速公交系统是介于城市轨道交通与常规公交之间的新型运营系统，是大容量车辆为运载工具的快速交通方式。本文针对成都交通所面临的问题，深入分析了快速公交系统的概念及优劣势以及国内外快速公交系统建设情况等；从城市公共交通特征出发。对成都主城区实施快速公交的优劣势以及可行性进行了研究．在现有道路资源的条件下探讨了成都主城区快速公交线网布局的规划原则、策略以及快速公交系统与城市轨道交通的衔接的三种发展模式。旨在进一步改善成都主城区快速公交系统的规划方法。

Analysis of ChengDu Main Urban Area Bus Rapid Transit System Planning Strategy

As traffic congestions are getting worse in metropolises and urban sizes become larger, citizens have an increasing demand for public transportation, which turns out to be most development potential. Between Urban Mass Transit （UMT） and Normal Bus, Bus Rapid Transit （BRT） ,a new operation system, refers to rapid transport that depends on vehicles of large capacity. Aiming at the traffic problems in Chengdu, this thesis makes a deep analysis of the concept of BRT, its advantages and disadvantages as well as the status of its construction both at home and abroad. Based on the features of urban public transportation, this thesis studies the advantage and disadvantage and the feasibility of applying BRT in the main city area of Chengdu, Taking the present road conditions in Chengdu into consideration, this thesis discusses the planning principles and strategies of designing the rapid transit network in the main city area of Chengdu. Meanwhile, it also relates to the three kinds of development patterns of connecting BRT and UMT. On the whole, this thesis aims to make a further improvement of the planning method of BRT in the main city area of Chengdu.
