大跨度竖曲线钢箱梁顶推施工技术

摘    要:结合宁波市福明路跨越宁波东站(甬台温客运专线)斜拉桥工程实例,运用多点同步步履式顶推技术,将4000t大跨度钢箱梁顺利顶推跨越繁忙大型客站,整个顶推设备自成一体,在计算机控制下,实现顶升、顺桥方向移动,同时还可以实现横桥方向的调整,在顶推过程中对钢箱梁随时进行纠偏,确保既有线施工安全可靠.

Abstract:Combined with Ningbo Fuming Road across the Ningbo East Railway Station (Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou Passenger Dedicated Line) cable-stayed bridge engineering examples, multi-point synchronous pedrail pushing technology was used. The 4 000 tons, large span steel box girder was smoothly pushed across the busy large passenger stations, the pushing device was a whole one. Under the control of the computer, it can jack, mobile along the bridge direction, but also can adjust the trans- verse direction. The pushing process of steel box girder is always correcting to ensure the safety of construction.
