摘    要:南盘江特大桥主桥为单跨416 m上承式钢管外包混凝土拱桥,是云桂铁路全线的重难点控制性工程,施工难度位居世界同类桥梁前列.本桥拱座属大体积混凝土施工,施工过程中通过混凝土优化配合比设计,分层、分块浇筑,综合运用采取有限元软件(Midas Civil)理论分析预控、氮气降温、中间设置钢板断缝、“内排外保”及“MUC自动远程监测系统”温度监控等控制技术有效防止了温度裂缝的产生,为后续同类桥梁大体积混凝土顺利施工提供了参考.

Abstract:Nanpanjiang River Bridge, as the key control engineering in Yun-Gui Railway Line, whose construction difficulty is in the forefront all over the world. The main bridge is a deck reinforced concrete arch bridge of 416 m outsourcing. The bridge abutment employs large volume concrete construction. During the construction, through concrete mixture proportion optimization, hierarchical, block concrete pouring, and the comprehensive use of the finite element software ( Midas Civil), analysis control technology, such as pre-control, nitrogen cooling, plate rift set up in the middle, "intemal drainage " and"MUC automatic re- mote monitoring system of temperature monitoring", the cracks caused by temperature are effectively prevented and provide the reference for the large volume concrete for the same kind of bridge construction.
