基于Marc的汽车车门密封条有限元分析

摘    要:汽车车门密封条结构直接影响关门力。针对某车型背门关闭时出现的关门力过大现象,建立该密封条模型,运用非线性有限元分析软件Marc对密封条截面进行压缩负荷分析,并对其截面进行结构优化,降低了背门密封条的压缩负荷。

Abstract:The structural of vehicle back door sealing strip directly affects the closing force. Aiming at solving the phenomenon of the closing force overweight when the vehicle back door is closed, this thesis establishes sealing strip model, and uses the nonlinear finite element analysis software Marc to analyze the compression load of the sealing strip on its cross-section as well as structural optimizes its cross-section, which reduces the compression load of back door sealing strip.
