基于Ls-Dyna和Hyperstudy的汽车吸能盒优化分析

摘    要:基于Ls-Dyna和Altair Hyperstudy软件,以汽车吸能盒的板材厚度和形状为设计变量,吸能盒质量和刚性墙反力为约束条件,最大化内能为优化目标,对吸能盒进行尺寸和形状优化。优化结果显示,吸能盒质量和碰撞反力基本保持不变,而吸能效果提高了约10%。

Abstract:Base on the Ls-Dyna and Altair Hyperstudy, the size and shape of crash box have been optimized to achieve the maximal internal energy, when the thickness and shape of crash box set to design variables, and the mass and rigid wall force set to constraints. The lastest result after optimization shows that the internal energy of the crash box increased 10%, while the mass and rigid wall force hold the line.
