摘    要:带有限位器的浮筏隔振系统是非线性系统,该文建立了这一非线性系统的模型,利用伪力(pseudo-forces)法计算了带有限位器的浮筏隔振系统模型的冲击响应,分析了限位器参数对冲击响应的影响.设计制作了带有限位器的浮筏隔振系统试验模型,进行了冲击试验研究,数值计算与实验结果比较表明了伪力法在计算带限位器的舰船设备隔振系统冲击响应时的适用性和有效性.

Abstract:An analytical model of non-linear shock response of the equipment using shock isolator with displacement restrictor is established and the pseudo-force approach is used for the first time to solve the response.An experimental model of the equipment using shock isolator with displacement restrictor is made. The comparison between the numerical simulation and the experimental result of model demonstrated the effectiveness of this approach.The main parameters of the displacement restrictor are the working clearance and the stiffness.The influence of the parameters of the displacement restrictor on the shock response is discussed,which includes the supported equipments maximum acceleration and maximum displacement under certain shock load.
